INTERNAL POLICY MANUAL FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA TC S.A.S. HOTEL - TORRE DE CALI PLAZA HOTEL.
At the TC S.A.S. HOTEL -TORRE DE CALI PLAZA HOTEL we are committed to protecting the data of our customers, suppliers and partners (heretofore, "owners"), which we manage as mandated by Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, relating to data use for strictly commercial purposes and/or work, as applicable. For this reason, we comply with the "Guiding Principles" describing these legal requirements, especially for responding to inquiries and complaints on the part of (the) Owner(s) of the data.
To this end, we have implemented steps within the internal processes of our "Management System" that ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of data. The request will be handled within a maximum term of ten (10) working days from the date of receipt thereof. When it is not possible to handle the request within that period, the person(s) concerned shall be so informed, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date your inquiry will be addressed, which in no case shall exceed five (5) working days following expiration of the first term.
Upon receipt, the completed claim will be entered into the database with a "claim pending" status flag and the reason motivating it, within a period not exceeding two (2) business days. This status shall be maintained until the claim has been addressed.
The maximum term to address the claim will be fifteen (15) working days from the day following the date of its receipt. When it is not possible to meet the request within that period, the Hotel shall inform the interested party regarding the reasons for the delay, and the date the claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) working days following the expiry of the first period.
Once the competent authority on judicial proceedings related to the quality of personal data has been notified, the status flag of "information under legal discussion" will be entered into the database.
